Description

Chryso®AdvaCast 571 is a high‑performance superplasticiser developed for precast concrete applications where extended consistence retention is required in addition to high‑range water reduction. It is suitable for a wide range of precast elements and is particularly beneficial where improved cohesion and reliable placement are required for difficult or inaccessible pours.

Based on next‑generation modified synthetic carboxylated polymer technology, Chryso®AdvaCast 571 enhances cement dispersion and rheological control, delivering consistent fresh and hardened concrete performance. The product is manufactured under controlled conditions and conforms to EN 934‑2.

Application areas

Chryso®AdvaCast 571 is suitable for:

Precast concrete manufacture
High‑consistence and flowing precast concretes
Applications requiring extended workability retention
Concretes placed in congested reinforcement or difficult‑access areas

Chryso®AdvaCast 571 must not be premixed with other admixtures.

Each admixture must be added separately into the concrete mix
Performance may be affected by the presence of other chemical admixtures

The product is compatible with most Portland cements and is effective in concretes containing fly ash, GGBS, or silica fume.
