Description
Chryso®Daracem SP1 is a high‑efficiency superplasticising admixture developed to achieve extremely high water reduction and accelerated early‑age strength development. It is particularly suitable for precast concrete manufacture where rapid strength gain and high productivity are required.
Based on a soluble salt of polymeric naphthalene sulphonate, Chryso®Daracem SP1 acts as a powerful deflocculating agent, dispersing cement particles to dramatically increase concrete flow. This enables the production of highly workable concrete with little or no vibration, even for large or difficult pours. The product is manufactured under controlled conditions and conforms to EN 934‑2.

Chryso®Daracem SP1 is suitable for:
- Precast concrete manufacture
- High‑performance concrete
- Concrete requiring high early strength
- Large or congested pours
The product is compatible with most Portland cements and is effective in concretes containing fly ash or ground granulated blastfurnace slag (GGBS). For special cements, consult Chryso Technical Services.
Chryso®Daracem SP1 must not be premixed with other admixtures.
- Each admixture must be added separately
- Performance may be affected by the presence of other chemical admixtures
