Technical Data Sheet Safety Data Sheet Description Chryso® Dem Evia 320 is a ready-to-use mould release agent formulated primarily from vegetal components, designed to facilitate clean and efficient demoulding of concrete and mortar. The product has been specifically developed for use in challenging site and production conditions, including cold weather environments and applications involving strong vibrations. It is suitable for both job site and precast operations, supporting delayed demoulding processes while maintaining the quality of the finished surface. Chryso® Dem Evia 320 can be applied to a variety of substrates, including metallic and wooden formwork, making it a versatile solution across different construction setups. The formulation is optimised for use with non-heat cured or low heat cured concrete and mortar, up to approximately 40°C. Within these conditions, it ensures reliable and consistent performance when applied correctly. The product is supplied as a liquid and is manufactured under controlled conditions to maintain uniform quality and application behaviour. Application areas Concrete or mortar delayed demoulding for job sites and precast applications. Suitable for metallic and wood substrates. For other substrates please contact us. For non or low heat cured (until 40°C) concrete or mortar. Above that temperature, validation tests should be performed in order to check compliance with the requirements. Benefits Enables clean demoulding while preserving surface finish Supports delayed demoulding for site and precast use Performs well in cold conditions and under vibration Compatible with metallic and wooden formwork Vegetal-based formulation with proven biodegradability Reliable performance within recommended curing temperatures Ready-to-use for simple, efficient application Promotes consistent results with correct spraying
