Description

Chryso®Quantec SE‑507 is a specialised admixture developed for concrete mixes with very low water content, where high accuracy and consistency in the manufacturing process are required. It is designed to enhance dimensional stability, surface finish, and structural uniformity in low‑slump and semi‑dry concrete applications.

Formulated from a blend of carboxylated polyethers and synthetic surfactants, Chryso®Quantec SE‑507 improves cement hydration and strength development without loss of cohesion. In optimised systems, its use can deliver strength increases of up to 20% at equivalent cement content. The product is manufactured under controlled conditions to ensure consistent performance.

  • Static and mobile block‑making systems
  • Air‑cured, steam‑cured, and autoclaved products
  • Concrete brick presses

  • Low‑workability concrete systems using vibro‑compression or press technologies

 

Chryso®Quantec SE‑507 can be used with:

  • All types of Portland cement
  • Cement replacement materials

For use with special cements, consultation with Chryso Technical Services is recommended.

 

Chryso®Quantec SE‑507 must not be premixed with other admixtures.

The presence of other chemical admixtures may affect performance. Consultation with Chryso Technical Services is recommended when combined systems are considered.
