Description

Chryso®Optima 1180 is a high‑range water‑reducing superplasticiser based on modified polycarboxylate technology. As part of the Optima 1000 series, it combines extended workability retention with low‑viscosity rheology, making it particularly suitable for long transport times, large placement areas, and extended pumping distances.

Chryso®Optima 1180 enables the production of concrete with very low water/cement ratios while maintaining excellent tolerance to water addition. It is suitable for a wide range of concrete consistencies, from plastic concretes through to flowing and self‑compacting mixes.
