NEW BUSINESS UNIT WITHIN SAINT-GOBAIN HIGH PERFORMANCE SOLUTIONS: CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS

Following the acquisition of GCP Applied Technologies, we are pleased to announce the creation of the Construction Chemicals Business Unit within Saint-Gobain High Performance Solutions.

This new business unit includes:
– Chryso‘s current operations
– GCP Specialty Building Materials (SBM) outside of North America.
(SBM North America will be part of the Saint-Gobain regional business).
– GCP Specialty Construction Chemicals (SCC) on a global basis.

This new BU aims to strengthen Saint-Gobain’s leadership and growth platform in construction chemicals and is organized in full alignment with Saint-Gobain’s strategic objectives towards solutions for sustainability and performance.

As of October 1, 2022, Thierry Bernard, formerly General Manager of Chryso, is appointed General Manager of the Construction Chemicals BU.
